These terms govern the use of the website RobotaYES (staging.robotayes.com) — a job search service in EU countries for citizens of Ukraine. By registering or submitting an application, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

1. Who we are

The website is run by the operator of the RobotaYES service (“we”).You can reach us at support@robotayes.com.

2. What the service does

  • Shows vacancies of employers and recruitment agencies in EU countries: some are added by the operator's managers, others are collected from public sources and from partner agencies.
  • We prepare the texts of vacancies from sources with the help of artificial intelligence and check them, but we cannot guarantee that every vacancy is still open or that its conditions are accurate. The final working conditions are set by the employer in the contract with you.
  • Passes your application to the employer or the recruitment agency that manages the vacancy — only with your consent in the application form; for some vacancies it shows the employer's contact details so that you can contact the employer yourself. The service is not an employer and does not guarantee employment.
  • Sends digests of new vacancies matching your subscriptions to Telegram.
  • Offers services for people moving abroad: help with visas and help choosing an insurance policy and taking it out with an insurance company. This help is provided by the operator; the price and timing are agreed with you by a manager before work starts. Visa decisions are made by consulates, insurance policies are issued by licensed insurers — the insurance contract is concluded between you and the insurer.
  • The chat assistant answers questions about the service and vacancies. It is based on artificial intelligence and can make mistakes: double-check anything important; its answers are not legal advice.

3. Price

Searching for vacancies, applications, subscriptions on the basic plan and the chat assistant are free. If paid plans are introduced, their terms and prices will be published before they take effect. Services for people moving abroad are paid only after a manager has agreed the price with you.

4. Account

  • The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
  • One account per person; please provide truthful information.
  • Keep your password and access to the email and Telegram you sign in with safe; tell us immediately if someone else has accessed your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time — just write to us. Inactive accounts are deleted as described in the privacy policy.

5. What is not allowed

  • providing someone else's or knowingly false information, impersonating another person;
  • sending unlawful, offensive or advertising content in applications and messages;
  • automatically collecting data from the website, circumventing limits, creating excessive load on or attacking the service;
  • using contact details obtained through the service for purposes other than employment.

If these rules are broken, we may restrict access to the service or delete the account.

6. Beware of fraud

Be careful if you are asked to pay in advance for a job, and do not send documents until you are sure who you are sending them to. If a vacancy or a contact looks suspicious, write to us: we will check it and, if necessary, take the vacancy down.

7. Website content

The texts, design and software of the website belong to the operator or are used by it lawfully; you may not copy them for other websites or commercial purposes without our permission. The occupation directory is based on the ESCO classification of the European Commission.

8. Liability

We take care that the service works continuously and without errors, but we cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for the actions and decisions of employers, recruitment agencies, consulates and insurers, or for the consequences of the website being temporarily unavailable — to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not limit the rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms; the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page. We will announce significant changes on the website in advance and notify registered users by email. If you do not agree with the new version, you can delete your account.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the website operator is registered — without depriving you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence. We try to resolve disputes through negotiation — please write to us.
